REGISTER Today! SOCAP is pleased to announce that registration to the 2010 Automotive Summit is now OPEN! Since 2005, SOCAP has partnered with key representatives from nearly every major automotive company to host an annual Automotive Summit. This year’s Auto Summit will be held in conjunction with the SOCAP Annual Conference, October 17-20, in San Francisco.
The Auto Summit is specifically designed for automotive brands and their major departments—financial services, dealer support and customer support services. ALL automotive brands are invited to participate in the Summit to share and gain insights from other professionals in the industry. The meeting is not open to vendors or to companies outside the automotive sector.
The Automotive Summit includes the sharing of new benchmarking data available only to registered attendees. The study is conducted by Customer Operations Performance Center (COPC).
The SOCAP Automotive Summit also serves as an exclusive networking opportunity for automotive brands. The Summit agenda will include roundtable discussions and group sessions facilitated by top industry experts. Participating companies in the Summit include Ford, Toyota, Kia, Honda, General Motors, Chrysler, Nissan, Volkswagen, JaguarLand Rover, Lexus, American Suzuki, Hyundai, and many others!
